An exclusive indoor-outdoor art gallery space located in the vicinity of Midtown and Design District in a vibrant community of history, art and commerce. The gallery holds 7,000 square feet of space featuring 2-story loft with glass windows and a designer glass stairs. The MIS gallery center is just minutes away from Miami Beach and Downtown.
THE INTERNATIONAL BIENNALE ARTISTS EXHIBITION MIAMI, IBAEM 2013 is officially endorsed by the City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado, by the Chairman of the Arts & Entertainment Council, Mercedes Cisneros and by the founder of International Biennale Artists Exhibition Organization, Elisha Ben-Yitzhak.
ORGANIZER: Maria’s Enterprises of S/FL DBA The Art Marketing Mind LLC., a South Florida-registered company with a mission to engage national and international artists in an itinerary platform showcasing their work as an alternative of concurrent art fairs that take place in Miami.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT: May 15th 2013
THE IBAEM 2013 will accept two (2) pieces of art 30”(h) X 40”(w) or a single piece (1) 50”(h) X 40”(w) per artist which will be selected by the Art Marketing Mind, LLC Curator, Vero Beach-based Silvia Medina.
NO FRAME WILL BE ACCEPTED EXCEPT PHOTOGRAPHY WITH FLOATING FRAME NO BIGGER THAN 1 ••• to 2” (black)
International Artists that prefer to send the pieces unframed in tube, stretching services will be available at
reasonable price.
PARTICIPATION: The participation requires an entry fee for the selected works. Participation is open to: individual artists: (mid-career and emerging), biennale participants, designers, associate groups and art studios.
FEE: $675
(A Special 10% discount will be applied to all Payments made by April 30th, 2013)

Half a page on Art Districts Magazine, a bi-monthly South Florida art magazine (covers: Central, West, East
and South Florida) distributed in galleries through different districts that hold art walks http://artdistricts.com produced by the publishers of ARTPULSE (an International Magazine).
Half a page on Everything is Art a New York Magazine http://everythingisart.cc distributed at fine art galleries through New York City and New Jersey.
C. ONLINE ADVERTISING:
*One full page of artists work and statement published in WHATSUPMIAMI, WUM IBAEM’s 2013 Official Media Partner http://whatsupmiami.blogspot.com, an advertising-free website produced by Eclectic Network Inc., launched in 2009 as a tool for publicity aimed at producing innovative content for emerging artists looking for instant coverage. WUM receives an average of 4K+daily hits and it will be showcasing each artist in individual posts. Additional publicity will be offered as IBAEM PROFILE/INTERVIEW at the artists’ request. This additional service is not included in the application fee; the charge for IBAEM PROFILE/INTERVIEW will be $200 and is payable to Maria’s Enterprises of S/Florida.

OPENING NIGHT will have the presence of Mayor Tomas Regalado and members of the Arts and Entertainment Council.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION “Art & Eco Design” by renown Miami-based artist and designer, Luis Valenzuela at 8:30 p.m.
AUCTION NIGHT benefiting the Arts & Entertainment Council of the City of Miami
SPECIAL FEATURE PRESENTATION at 7:00PM “Kenya’s Graffiti Train Seeking Peaceful Elections” a video art presentation based on NPR‘s cover story presented by WUM’s editor Jesus Rojas Torres.
NOTE: 15% of the sales will benefit to The Arts & Entertainment Council of the City of Miami.
Wine and Hors d’ oeuvres will be served both nights by a local catering company.

DELIVERY of artwork: June 3rd (MONDAY) and June 4th (TUESDAY) from: *10:00AM – 4:00PM
PICK UP of artwork: June 14th (FRIDAY) from: *10:00AM – 4:00PM
SHIPPING: each participant artist is responsible for the delivery and pick up of their artwork. Art will not be accepted into delivery, unless full payment of the participation fee is received. On the back of each piece, please identify

You can use any other carrier of your convenience or preference (as long they will meet the deadlines) for delivery and pick-ups. International artists must be aware of the U.S. Customs guidelines, so whomever they choose must be updated with those guidelines.
INSURANCE: The IBAEM will be responsible for the safekeeping of all consigned artworks while they are in its custody.
Any artwork that it has not been removed from the MIS by Friday, June 14th,2013, IBAEM or MIS will not be responsible for it.
