Born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida, Heidi began working as a corporate and real estate paralegal in 1996. She is also an active member of her community, PTA Vice President, philanthropic fundraiser, celebrity event organizer for the NBA All-Star Jam Session and the Miami Tennis Cup.

Leo obtained his BBA and MBA from the University of Miami and received his JD from Georgetown University Law School in Washington, DC in 1986. After working for one of the top law firms in the nation, Greenberg Traurig LLP, Leo opened his own law firm in 1993. Participating in more than $500 million capital transactions around the world and personally closing each of the real estate transactions, Leo’s network has grown exponentially and is widely respected as an attorney.
