The ARTIST who fills this form won’t be qualified as an exhibitor of Maria’s Art Momentum Gallery 2014 automatically. The ARTIST shall submit the application form after filling it completely in written form and adding a signature. This Agreement is valid only with the approval of the Project Curator and Maria’s Art Momentum Gallery , President, Maria Napoles. The ARTIST will receive a confirmation as a qualified exhibitor. Art Districts Magazine Advertising

Be aware that you must complete your application by September 30th in order to feature on the Magazine

Photography must be on Aluminium , Plexiglass or Approved Framing.

General Information

1. The artist will receive 70% from the Sales of their Artwork (after States Taxes and Credit Card

Services Charges). The artist must provide the price of the work submitted including the 30% commission fee.

2. Each participating artist is responsible for arranging the shipment of work to and from the FAIR.

3. Each piece of Art must be labeled: Artist Name and Title of the Artwork.

4. Each participating artist is responsible for arranging the shipment of work to and from the Fair.

Sunday, Dec 7th, 2014 at 8:00 p.m.

5. FRAMING: the only framing allowed will be “floating” 1 ½ to 2” (black).

Note: Available service for Stretching (international artists will be able to send and return artwork in tube to avoid extra shipping Charges and Special framing for Watercolor as well as Photography at Discount Price.
